Cousins
Our trip was definately made GREAT by spending
time with our favorite girls!!
We love them sooooooo!!
While in Kansas, the kids were able to play with model trains.
They even learned to control the trains...racing the trains was a highlight.
Flowers
After trying for many years to grow sunflowers, we had success!
They are so beautiful in bloom.
Our brown-eyed susan's came up wonderful too!!

It's all about the Hat
Aren't they cute in their hats??
Birthday Girl
What a lucky girl? To celebrate her birthday in three states! The good side of having a birthday while on vacation!
Sailing, Sailing over the Lake....
After the Texas heat, we headed to Kansas. Usually equally hot, we were treated to great weather. We were also treated to a sail!
Swim Anyone??
Swim with Catfish??
Someone loved swimming in the tank with the catfish...some...not so sure...some...chose to feed the fish instead!!
Turbines
Texas Turbines!
We were able to get close the these turbines and see the blades put into place. They are HUGE!!!

Texas
Texas was as beautiful as expected! Even with 103 temperatures.
The longhorns were a highlight! As was the little horse!
A chew on some hay! (must be a Texas thing)
Flying!!
Before school started...we were off to Texas! First time flying for
the boys. Thankfully, they really enjoyed it. Especially watching movies, playing the DS and looking at the view out the window.
FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
Off to school!
The boys decided to bring flowers for
their teachers..ahhhh

One Cracked Egg
And so, our very large egg, turned out to be......
just a large yoke!
There were several bets that it was a double yoker,
and even that it would be a triple yoker.
Alas, it just became a very yummy egg burrito.

Birds, Birds and Birds
The Chickens have been moved to the Chicken Tractor!
Several of the Guinea Hens layed over 50 eggs in the Chicken
House. So..needless to say...someone had to move!
Our chicken doesn't look too happy behind bars..ahh..chicken
wire!
